3 DAYS OF TRAINING 2H A DAY
DAY 1: FIRST STEPS
- Course conducted on a slope with a gentle exposure
- learning the basics of skiing / snowboarding.
- 2-hour training.
Getting to know the equipment and clothing of a skier / snowboarder. Learning to come up on skis and fall safely. Straight riding techniques as well as slowing down and stopping techniques. Learning basic turns and safe change of direction, avoiding and stopping in a designated place. Learning to ride a T-bar lift, moving carpet lift.
DAY 2: I CAN TURN AND STOP
- Course conducted on a slope with a gentle exposure
- repetition and skill development.
- 2-hour training.
Improving the skills acquired on the first day of classes, improving your skills through more difficult exercises and riding techniques, skiing/snowboarding on a steeper variant of the slope.
DAY 3: CHALLENGE
- course conducted on a long and more demanding slope than on day 2
- a diversified route with several variants of the slope
- 2-hour training
Improving the skills acquired on the second day of classes, improving your skills through more difficult exercises and riding techniques, riding longer and steeper slopes, learning to go on chairlifts.

INTERMEDIATE COURSE
3 DAYS COURSE, 3 HOURS A DAY, 9 HOURS IN TOTAL
DAY 1: A REAL WARM-UP
Course is conducted on intermediate and advanced slopes, equipped with T-bar and chair lifts. Learning different techniques of turning at different speeds, stopping in emergency situations, mastering the gear in both narrow and wide terrain.
3-hour training.
DAY 2: TRAINING
Course is conducted on a slope with a minimum length of 900 meters and in places with a significant exposure, the use of slopes with chairlifts. Improving the techniques of the first day and learning and mastering turns of various lengths, starting with long turns and ending with a swift (a series of very short rhythmic turns). Control and mastery of gear at different speeds.
3-hour training
DAY 3: TRAINING FOR AN ADVANCED SKIERS / SNOWBOARDERS
Course is conducted on a slope with a minimum length of 900 meters and in places with a significant exposure, the use of slopes with chairlifts, riding on red and black routes. Improving the techniques of the second day, a speed test, a test of mastering the techniques of turning and emergency stopping, possible mini competitions and task excercises for course participants.

DAY 1: TRAINING BEFORE KASPROWY WIERCH
DAY 1: TRAINING BEFORE KASPROWY WIERCHCourse conducted on demanding slopes, skiing on red and black runs. The instructor checks the skills of the students in difficult terrain and on steep slopes, preparing them for the descent from Kasprowy Wierch. Training takes place on the slopes of Harenda. 3-hour training

DAY 2: THE SACRED MOUNTAIN (KASPROWY WIERCH)
Course conducted on the slopes of Kasprowy Wierch, on the black slopes in the Gąsienicowa and Goryczkowa valley, improving the riding techniques in difficult and steep terrain, skiing / snowboarding off - piste, going all the way down to Kuźnice (6,5 km).
